Strength Durability Manufactured for all climatic conditions and wind rated for high wind zones the shelters are made to last in a broad range of temperatures. Materials Shelter PVC fabrics are designed to withstand the UV rays, full weather protection fabric allow long term protection in the harsh NZ conditions. Fabrics last between 8-15 years depending on the grade of textile used. The membrane is tensioned over the steel structure and tensioned to the foundation frames. Steel Frames High tensile steel either powder coated or hot dip galvanised is used in a variety of gauges and sizes Tubular or box section frames provide robust frame systems for all span structures. Purlins span between each of the frame proving support for the PVC cladding. Provided in a robust powder coated frame or hot dip galvanising alternatives available. Foundations Foundations requirements vary considerably depending on the building size and the intended period of exposure and on ground conditions. All shelters are provided with different size channel which can be bolted to existing concrete slab , timber footings, timber frame or simply pinned to the ground. The buildings can be erected on a sloping area and will accept high differential settlement of the foundations. Tensioning and Bracing Systems All shelters have a unique ratchet tie down systems enabling the fabric to tighten over frame providing a waterproof roof. Frames have a cross wire bracing system enabling the shelter to be lifted as one and increasing the frame strength. Door Access Cover Systems shelters can be fitted with many door configurations, doors are located on the gable ends and simple slider access or track with trolley sliders available for larger doors. Heavy duty zippers with weatherproof flap and velcro flaps installed. Shipping Made in modular design shelters are packaged in crates suitable for handling by forklift and trucks ready for shipping nationwide. Assembly Shelters are designed to be speedily erected with minimum equipment , buildings can be assembled using customers own labour or we do have a assembly contractor available for large shelters. Full assembly instructions are provided with all parts and diagrams labelled with codes. Quality Assurance All designs and materials are manufactured using the highest grades materials available, warranties are issued with all products and replacement parts are readily available. |
